Elasticity planned maintenance - Upgrade of the load balancer service apply the necessary patches for virtual networks

Load balancers: Due to the upgrade of the load balancer service, we expect brief downtime for each load balancer (in the order of minutes per load balancer). Load balancers API will not work, so creating new load balancers and updating existing ones will not be possible during the entire maintenance window.

Virtual machines: Outgoing and incoming traffic from virtual machines may shortly be interrupted (in the order of seconds) during the maintenance window.

No additional action is required on the user side.
