Planned maintenance in WAW3-2 cloud network

Dear User,

We would like to inform you about an upcoming scheduled maintenance window for WAW3-2 cloud's network, which will take place on 15/10/2024, between 17:00 and 12:00 (Day +1) CEST.

During this period, you will have access to limited features of WEkEO portal.

Existing user data in Jupyter environment will be not accessible and will be available once the maintenance is completed.

During the maintenance window all Jupyter users will work in a fresh temporary Jupyter environment.

This environment will not contain the existing user data.

Any new data created in this temporary environment will not be kept after the maintenance period.

The WEkEO drive and Jupyter catalogue will not be available during the maintenance period.

The HDA API endpoint will be temporarily changed to https://gateway.prod.wekeo2b.eu/hda-broker from 15/10/2024 17:00 CEST.

Users can use the new temporary endpoint by configuring the HDA Python library.

This temporary HDA endpoint will be released after the maintenance.

All services will come back to be fully operation on 16/10/2024 at 12:00 CEST.
